The rumored romance is also said to have been the trigger for his breakup with the Olympic skier.
The golfer denied speculations of an affair with Boyd, 27, who married Jason Dufner in May 2012 and broke up this February.
Woods also shot down allegations that he and ex-girlfiend Lindsey Vonn went separate ways due to his cheating.
The National Enquirer reported that Woods and Boyd have been linked for “several months,” and when Vonn discovered the affair she ended the relationship with the golfer.
But according to Mark Steinberg, Tiger Woods’ agent, “This is 100 percent false. Absolutely zero truth to the rumor.”
Tiger Woods, 39, and Lindsey Vonn, 30, confirmed their relationship in March 2013, and they announced their separation back in May.

“After nearly three years together, Tiger and I have mutually decided to end our relationship,” the Olympic skier wrote on Facebook. “I will always cherish the memories that we’ve created together.”
“Unfortunately, we both lead incredibly hectic lives that force us to spend a majority of our time apart. I will always admire and respect Tiger. He and his beautiful family will always hold a special place in my heart,” she added.
Woods also confirmed then their separation on his website, “Lindsey and I have mutually decided to stop dating.”
“I have great admiration, respect and love for Lindsey and I’ll always cherish our time together. She has been amazing with Sam and Charlie and my entire family.”
