“Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating Princess Charlotte’s christening yesterday – such a happy day!” Kensington Palace tweeted on Monday, July 6.

Before the baptism, the Royal Family invited royal enthusiasts to join them at the 16th century chapel for their daughter’s christening.

The flowers they received at the event were donated to the Duchess’ charities, to children’s hospices in East Anglia.
