Kate Middleton will reportedly join Prince William on Caribbean tour next year

According to the Daily Mail, who broke the news that the royal mother-of-two, 33, is planning to join her husband on the tour which might take place in February or March, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will also take their children, Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, nearly 4 months old.

For Prince George it will be the second tour, as the little prince visited Australia and New Zealand in 2014.

The publication also wrote that Kate and William will likely visit The British Virgin Islands, The Bahamas and The Cayman Islands.

The Duchess recently missed the wedding of Prince William’s old friend Bear Maclean with Daisy Dickson, and rumors were sparked regarding the reason why she chose not to show up at the event.

Kate has skipped several weddings lately, with her last public appearance being at polo player Mark Tomlinson’s nuptials with Olympic equestrian Laura Bechtolsheimer in 2013.

The reason for her absence hasn’t been revealed, but it could be the fact that the Duchess might want to stay with the couple’s two children.
