HRH Duchess of Cambridge
In an upcoming documentary When Ant and Dec Met The Prince: 40 Years of the Prince’s Trust, which will air on January 4 in The United Kingdom, English comedy presenters Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly chatted with the Prince of Wales, 67, about his charity and his loved ones.
During the interview, William and Harry’s father revealed that he hasn’t had the chance to change George and Charlotte’s diapers so far.
He also added that he’s happy to have his grandchildren “to look after me when I’m tottering about,” reports Event magazine.
In the documentary, the royal talked “lovely about Camilla and the two boys and being a granddad,” McPartin said.
Shortly after his daughter-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge, gave birth to Princess Charlotte, 7 months, Prince Charles opened up about the new arrival in the Royal Family.
“I was hoping for a granddaughter – someone to look after me when I am very old,” the royal said at the time.
The Duchess of Cornwall’s husband was “so thrilled,” when his first grandchild, Prince George, came into the world in 2013.
The proud grandpa can already count on the little prince’s help as he’s helped him plant trees at Charles’ house in Gloucestershire.
