Prince George is helping his mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, 33, in decorating their country home Anmer Hall for Christmas.

The royal family-of-four left Kensington Palace shortly after the birth of Princess Charlotte, now 7 months, for a quiet and idyllic place in Norfolk, and now the little prince is fully enjoying this holiday, after figuring out what “Christmas is all about,” according to his father.

According to Us Weekly, the little prince, “had a blast putting up decorations,” because during a recent outing at a nearby store Duchess Kate “let him choose a couple of ornaments, including a felt penguin.”

Recently, Prince William, 33, shared details on how he and his wife will be spending Christmas Day.

“We’ll go to church as a family on Christmas Day, as we always do. Then we’ll watch George try to tackle his presents as he tries to unwrap them,” the royal father-of-two told The Big Issue magazine. “It’s a very different experience at Christmas, having a family of your own.”

The Duke also revealed that his son will keep him awake all night on Christmas Eve due to his “extremely bouncy” personality.
