Kate Middleton’s outfits in India on her first two days of tour


Prince William and his wife Kate arrived in India on Sunday for an official seven-day trip.

The Duchess, née Kate Middleton, stunned in a sari-inspired blue gown created by Jenny Packham at the glamour reception that took place Sunday evening at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai, where the royals met Bollywood stars.

The royals kicked off their tour with a special ceremony dedicated to the victims killed in a 2008 terrorist attack at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, where they laid a wreath at the memorial. Kate wore an Alexander McQueen outfit with a traditional Indian ambi print design.

Later the Duke and Duchess hit the sports field for a round of cricket. The royal mom of two chose a tunic-inspired dress created by Mumbai designer Anita Dongre for the occasion.

On her second day in India, Kate dressed up in one of her favorite designers, Emilia Wickstead, for an event were she and Prince William met young entrepreneurs.

The last outfit of the tour so far was a beautiful gown by Temperley London when she stepped out at a garden party in honor of the Queen’s 90th birthday.

In a tribute to the local culture, Kate has dazzled so far in wonderful outfits celebrating the traditional Indian attire.
