The 34-year-old royal mom enjoys taking pictures of her children, Princess Charlotte, 1, and Prince George, 2.

The Duchess, who is gracing the cover of the British edition of Vogue’s centenary issue, talked with Vogue editor-in-chief Alexandra Shulman about how genuine are children’s reactions in front of the camera.

“From taking photographs of George and Charlotte, I have been struck by the wonderful lack of self-consciousness that you see in photographs of children, without the self-awareness that adults generally feel,” Kate told Shulman.

Since becoming a mother, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, has chosen to capture the precious moments with her children herself, and she shared these adorable photos with the fans.

Ahead of her daughter’s first birthday Kate unveiled new photos of Charlotte, obviously taken by herself.
