Kate Middleton boxes at the launch of Heads Together mental health campaign

Catherine, William and Harry stepped out at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, on Monday, May 15, where they carried out an engagement to combat the stigma around mental health.

The royal trio attended the launch of the Heads Together campaign, that gathers some of the country’s main mental health charities in an effort to help people to be open about their problems and ask for help.

During the event, Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s mother showed her boxing moves, as world champion boxer Duke McKenzie said that the Duchess “couldn’t wait to get the gloves on and had a wicked punch.”

Prince Harry proved his skills too, with McKenzie revealing that, “Prince Harry packs a punch. I think he wanted to take me out!”

The Heads Together campaign includes seven mental health charities: Place2Be, Mind, Campaign Against Living Miserably – CALM, YoungMinds, Best Beginnings, The Mix and Contact.
