Kate Middleton and Prince William to attend charity dinner in support of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices

On Wednesday, June 22, the royal couple will step out at a charity event called A Taste of Norfolk, hosted by The Marquess and Marchioness of Cholmondeley, at their home, Houghton Hall in Norfolk, in order to raise funds for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), for a new hospice, The Nook.

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, whose Royal Patron is the Duchess, née Kate Middleton, announced the royals’ presence at the charity event on its official Twitter account.

Last month, the 34-year-old royal wrote a heartfelt letter to families of “children with life-limiting conditions,”marking Children’s Hospice Week.

“Spending quality time together is such an important aspect of family life, but for those caring for children with life limiting conditions, even this simple act can prove to be incredibly challenging. The practical realities of providing round-the-clock care mean even activities that so many of us take for granted can be just too complicated,” the Duchess wrote.
