Kate Middleton stuns in pale rose dress for Duchy of Cornwall visit with Prince William

For the occasion Kate stepped out in a lovely pink dress by U.S. designer Lela Rose and a pair of nude Monsoon wedges.

The royal couple visited Cornwall to show their support for the Truro Cathedral. The church is asking for help in the renovation of its roof, unchanged since its completion between 1855 and 1908.

The pair visited the famous beach in Newquay to meet with members of an association that uses surfing as a way to combat anxiety among the youth.

William and Kate also toured Healey’s Cyder’s warehouse and production hall where the Duchess herself poured herself a pint of their signature apple cider.

When visiting a youth house in Truro in West Cornwall, the prince confessed in an interview with teenagers that shaping his vocation didn’t go as smoothly as he expected.

“It is totally cool not to have that, by the way. It took me an awfully long time to work out what I wanted to be,” he said. [via Daily Mail]

Duchess Kate agreed with her husband: “It is so difficult because there’s so much out there. It is hard, isn’t it, to pinpoint one thing? William is right. I found it difficult as well.”

Before leaving on Friday, the royals will spend the night at the Restormel Manor, a historic house in the medieval town of Lostwithiel.
