Kate Middleton becomes honorary member of Royal Photographic Society

Kate has proven several times, with photos of Prince George and Princess Charlotte, that she can be a skilled photographer.

Through her photos, the Duchess managed to capture important moments in her children’s lives, such as Charlotte’s first birthday or George’s first day at nursery school.

“The Duchess of Cambridge has had a long-standing interest in photography and its history,” Michael Pritchard, chief executive of the society, said. [via REUTERS]

“She is latest in a long line of royal photographers and the Society is pleased to recognize her talent and enthusiasm through honorary membership.”

William, Kate and their two children spent Christmas with the Middletons at their home in Bucklebury, Berkshire, and were photographed walking to church on Christmas Day.
