Brittany Murphy’s death is no hoax. She died from a cardiac arrest on Sunday morning. She was only 32 years old. For months there have been rumors of celebrity death that usually start on Sundays. Unfortunately, this rumor came true for actress Brittany Murphy.
Usually, when someone who is young and in good health goes into cardiac arrest, it is because of some event or some foreign substance that enters the body and gets into the bloodstream. For example, a bullet can cause cardiac arrest – and a lot of bleeding. A traumatic event can cause a heart attack and be fatal. And, yes, drugs taken improperly can also result in cardiac arrest. We may never know just what caused Brittany Murphy to go into cardiac arrest, nor do we need to know. She is, sadly, dead!

It’s always tragic when someone so young dies, whether it be at home or on a battlefield thousands of miles away. It’s even more tragic if you ultimately learn that the death could have been prevented – either by a medical screening or an Act of Congress to stop all pointless and losing wars, like the two we are currently involved in now.
She was found collapsed in the bathroom by her mother, Sharon Murphy. The firefighters applied resuscitation maneuvers, but with no success.

Murphy was transported to the hospital after the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call at 8 a.m. at the home she shared with her husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack, in the Hollywood Hills. The young woman was taken to the Medical Cedars- Sinai Center, were doctors declared her death at the local hour 10:04.
It’s rumored that the LAPD will make an investigation to establish the circumstances of the death.

Actors from Hollywood immediately started to send their condolences to the family and friends. Among those who immediately reported her death on Twitter and share their regrets were Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff and Ashton Kutcher.
“In this moments of sadness ,the family wishes thank to everyone for their support and the love shown. It’s their wish that the familiy’s privacy to be respected” said Murphy’s publicist, Nicole Perna.

Murphy’s first screen credit was a role on the CBS sitcom “Murphy Brown,” when she was in her early teens, but her career took off in earnest when she was cast as Tai in the 1995 comedy “Clueless,” opposite Alicia Silverstone. She went on to star in such films as the Eminem vehicle “8 Mile,” “Girl Interrupted,” and “Sin City”; for more than a decade, she also provided the voice of Luanne Platter on Fox’s “King of the Hill.”
