Haiti smitten by another quake with 6,1 magnitude

Another earthquake, with 6,1 degree magnitude on Richter scale, taken place in Haiti. The quake epicenter was about 60 km north-west from Port-au-Prince, with a depth of 9,9.

Until this moment, the officials declared the quake made 17 victims today.

Tsunami surveillance center from Pacific announced that there isn’t any danger to appear huge waves in Caribbean.

The new quake started a wave of panic among people, who run out from buildings and now stay in middle of the streets, informs A.P.

On 12 January, an earthquake with 7 degree magnitude on Richter scale devastated Haiti. The number of dead people is around 200.000.
