The reCAPTCHA is the base on which Google’s newest product – Goggles- was made.

Google Goggles is an application for phones which use the operating system Android and that utilizes OCR which is able to recognize a text in an image.

Moreover, after recognizes the text this application makes translation.

For now, Google Goggles know only English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.

Eventually there will be added all the languages known by Google Translate.

Those who have phones with Google Android 1.6 or newer can download the Google Goggles from Android Market.
