James Bond’s car put up for sale

The single Aston Martin DB5 that remained intact after filming the James Bond films will be put on sale by a British auction house.

All proceeds will be donated to a charitable foundation owned by the current owner of the car.The price of this model is 4.8 million euros. 

The Aston Martin DB5 debuted in 1963 and it is a better version of the DB4. The DB acronym is the name David Brown – Head of Aston Martin in the period 1947-1972. 

The car gained notoriety as being the first and the most recognized car driven by James Bond.It appeared in GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies and Casino Royale, Goldfinger and Thunderball.

The Aston Martin DB5 is equipped with a 3995 cc engine, six-cylinder that develops 282 horsepower and is mated to a five-speed manual transmission made by ZF.
