If we talk about Michelle Obama, we can’t neglect the phenomenal shape she’s in. Although she has over 40 years-old, Michelle can be proud with her beautiful wanted body.

Cornell McClellan, the fitness trainer of the First Lady, gave an interview to Women’s Health magazine and has developed a schedule of exercices meant to help all the women who wants to follow Michelle’s exemple.
After McClellan  shows you the moves, you can be inspired by Michelle’s iron will.
Not only Michelle practice fitness constantly over 12 years, but the hour she starts exercices is 5:30…..am (sau poti pune “ in the morning “ ).
