Two months ago, a serious problem with the gas pedals made Toyota recall more than 3.8 million Toyotas. Toyota has now found a solution to the problem and will redesign and replace all 3.8 million-plus gas pedals.The Japanese company said that by removing the floor mats would take care of the problem. This solution brought in more drastic measures. Thus, the car producer plans to replace every gas pedal and floor mat in all of the affected vehicles.As an extra measure of protection, Toyota will install a brake override system on the models involved.The process of replacement will begin next year in the spring.
