It seems the couple arranged a meeting with California divorce lawyers and both sides agreed to split their huge fortune which is estimated to $330 million with some properties in France, New Orleans and Los Angeles.
Rumors also say the two arranged to share custody of their six kids but the kids will live full time with Angelina.

“The contract was like a tailor-made version of a prenuptial agreement,” said the source. “It seemed clear they want the world to know they’ll both play a part in the upbringing of the children.”

We still don’t know when the contract will go into effect but “it is clear it’s a case of when they break up rather than if.”
Even if Brad won’t be living with the kids, he will have full access to the couple’s three biological children – Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne – as well as the three adopted children – Maddox, from Cambodia; Zahara, from Ethiopia; and Pax, from Vietnam.

Moreover, Brad purchased a million-dollar mansion last week just next door to the couple’s main estate in Los Angeles.
The couple has been together since shooting the action film “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” five years ago, when Pitt was married to Jennifer Aniston.

According to another source, Pitt and Jolie had a heated argument Jan. 6 inside the Alto restaurant in midtown. It seems that Pitt demanded Jolie get psychiatric help for the depression she has suffered from since the death of her mother three years ago.

Lat December, Jolie told a German magazine that fidelity is over-rated.
“Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together. We make sure that we never restrict each other. I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship.”

She also said: “It’s worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterwards.”
Reps from both the Pitt and Jolie camps declined to comment Saturday.
