The couple went public their romance earlier this week when they posed happily together at the Best Of Musical gala in Hamburg, Germany.

“Hayden is head over heels with Wladimir,” said a source close to the actress. “She says he’s her dream man — tall, dark and handsome!

“She’s hoping to have a ring on her finger by the end of the year.”

Ukrainian-born Wladimir, 33, presently holds the IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight boxing titles.

In the past, Hayden, 20, made it clear that she wants a big family.

“I always said I want four kids — I love kids,” she said last year.

“I would love to be a mum and to have a family — for Italians, it’s the most important thing you can have.”
