John Travolta’s 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL stolen in Santa Monica
The actor was left without his vintage Mercedes-Benz at midday in Santa Monica. The value of the car is estimated to be between $ 50,000 and $ 100,000.
The Grease actor had parked his Mercedes in a residential area of Santa Monica, California on Sunday, at a Jaguar dealership, but when he left the place, the car was gone.
It took the thieves 10 minutes to quickly disappear with the car, leaving no witnesses, although everything has happened at midday.
Police estimates the car was jacked at about 3:46 p.m. from its parking spot on Berkeley Street.
Travolta’s rep was unavailable for comment.
