Nissan is introducing this week in Los Angeles the first convertible four-wheel drive SUV in the world, developed on the basis of Murano.

Nissan have promised the first SUV with hinged roof and kept their word. The Japanese manufacturer will exhibit the much anticipated CrossCabriolet Murano as a world premiere at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

The convertible version of the model and the allure of AWD SUV can host four adults and their luggage, even when the roof is folded. Moreover, Nissan promises a spacious and comfortable premium interior. Under the hood, a single version of the engine will be found, the V6 petrol propeller, 3.5-liter, able to deliver 256 horsepower.

According to the Asian officials, the model will be produced in a limited number of copies, to emphasize its exclusive character. Also, Murano CrossCabriolet won’t arrive in Europe, only showrooms in the United States will receive the model.

Nissan will also exhibit at the Los Angeles Auto Show the concept Ellure and the Quest minivan, both creations that were designed exclusively for the US market. The series version of the electric model Leaf will also be presented.
