Blake Lively is Chanel’s newest face for handbag collection
Blake Lively is the new muse of the great Parisian house.
The actress that plays Serena van der Woodsen in “Gossip Girl” will represent the new Chanel campaign.
“The Gossip Girl beauty will star in a new ad campaign for Chanel,” E! reports. “She was just in Paris shooting for the fashion house’s handbag collection.”
“The ads featuring Blake should launch early next year.”
This information explains her presence this weekend in Paris where she shot the ad for the brand, as the campaign is scheduled for early 2011.
After Lily Allen and Keira Knightley, Lively will represent the American elegance with Chanel. A fashionista on screen, just as in real life, Blake Lively was spotted at Chanel’s fashion show in July.
Blake is the only Gossip Girl to have received this honor from the fashion creators so far. Taylor Momsen is the muse of John Galliano’s latest fragrance, “Tell me about love.”
