Lara Stone won case over French Playboy

Model Lara Stone, wife of comic David Walliams, sued French Playboy over the publication of some unauthorized photos and won the case.

In order to defend herself she said that: “no woman wants photos of them to be published in Playboy without permission”.

Due to winning the case she also won damages that are is to be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.

She a recent statement she added: “I’m very pleased to have won the case, although of course I would rather not have had to take legal action at all.”

Moreover, reports show that the French edition of Playboy has been ordered to publish a prominent legal statement in its next issue confirming the court’s ruling.
