Plus size model Tara Lynn – the face of the new H&M collection

The most recent H&M collection, entitled “Big is Beautiful” is features plus size model Tara Lynn.

Choosing a plus size is a new thing for H&M, especially since the thin Gisele Bundchen lend her image to the brand last time.

Tara Lynn appear in the “Big is Beautiful” campaign wearing a bathing suit and sporting a sexy attitude.

She appeared in famous magazines such as Elle and Glamour, but she hasn’t always been pleased with her looks.

“I was a size 14/16 (UK size 18-20) in high school, and it wasn’t the easiest thing. As a 16, I definitely felt like my weight was holding me back. I was supposed to have these bones protruding from my body and clearly that’s not the case, and not the way my body’s meant to be,” Tara says.

“This season a more trend conscious collection has been designed to offer customers a wider range of fashion in sizes 16-30,” says designer Lisa Hajian.

“We have gone for a higher fashion content with this collection, which will appeal to younger customers too,” Hajian adds.
