Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s wedding: Where will be the wedding?

After seven years together, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have became engaged and the wedding date is to be set, according to the actor’s manager.

Over the years, there have been many rumors about a possible marriage, with both actors dismissing them each time and even saying that they will get married only if this privilege can be granted as well to people with homosexual orientation.

Last week, Brad Pitt’s rep confirmed the engagement of the two, after Jolie was photographed in Los Angeles wearing a huge diamond ring.

“Yes, it’s confirmed,” Pitt’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante said. “It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There’s no date set at this time.”

The engagement ring was designed by jeweler Robert Procop in collaboration with Pitt.

“I can confirm that, yes, Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt,” Robert Procop’s spokesperson said.

The Moneyball actor declared earlier this year that he plans to marry Angelina, at the request of their children.

“We made this declaration some time ago that we weren’t going to do it till everyone can. But I don’t think we’ll be able to hold out,” the actor told The Hollywood Reporter back in January.

“We’d actually like to, and it seems to mean more and more to our kids. It means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot. And it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment,” he added.

Last year, in an interview from This Week with Christiane Amanpour, the host asked Angelina if she intended to marry Brad.

The actress revealed that their kids often ask why the two are not married “like Shrek and Fiona”.

“They’ve seen movies that have people get married… you know, happily ever after. Shrek and Fiona are married,” Jolie said.

“We’ve explained to them that our commitment when we decided to start a family was the greatest commitment you could have. Once you have six children, you’re committed,” she continued.

And the question that remains is where will they marry. In France, where the two own a French castle or their Los Angeles home?

Jolie and Pitt are te owners of Chateau Miraval on the domain of Brignoles, a medieval castle located in Provence in southern France.

Last year rumors surfaced again regarding a possible marriage after it was reported that the two intended to restore a chapel dating from the sixteenth century, located on their property in France.

Other options would be their home in Los Angeles or a less known destination, away from the media.

Setting details aside, we’d like to congratulate Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on their engagement!
