The actress’s rep confirmed that Anne and her boyfriend of three years, actor and jewelry designer Adam Shulman, are preparing their wedding.

Hathaway confirmed the news after being spotted with a ring on her finger in a park in Brooklyn, while in the company of her fiancé.

Shulman reportedly collaborated with Kwiat Heritage Jewels to create the sparkler.

The pair quietly began dating in November 2008 after Anne’s separation from Raffaello Follieri, who pleaded guilty to 14 counts of money laundering, conspiracy and wire fraud.

The 29-year-old actress gushed to Marie Claire U.K. last August: “I am very much in love with him, [only] Adam totally ruined my plan. I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!”
