Charlie Sheen accuses Brooke Mueller of doing illegal drugs
Charlie Sheen is getting ready to take his feud with Brooke Mueller to court.
Radar Online reports Sheen is planning to strip his ex-wife of the custody of their two twins.
Sheen was reportedly working on a strategy with his lawyers on Thursday to obtain custody of the boys.
One argument that they came up with was that Brooke is an illegal drug user.
“Charlie will have statements from some of his employees, credible drug experts and friends who are all eyewitnesses to Brooke’s drug use within the last week to 10 days,” a source close to Sheen tells Radar Online.
TMZ reports that Mueller plans to keep Charlie in contempt of court for discussing her alleged past drug use in the media, which is a violation of the divorce settlement that they reached in February.
This is the latest in a series of public accusations between the two former spouses.
