Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller will soon finalize their divorce
TMZ reports that Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have finally agreed to the terms of their divorce.

Both have filed documents in court and under California law, divorces are granted six months after the request. Thus, Sheen and Mueller will be officially divorced on May 2.
Regarding the terms of the agreement, the actor and his ex-wife share custody of their 22-month-old twins, Bob and Max, but physical custody of children will be granted to their mother.
In addition, Mueller will receive a monthly alimony of $ 55 000 and in any case she won’t receive less than what Sheen gives Denise Richards as a pension for their two daughters, Sam and Lola.
Mueller will also be entitled to an amount of $ 757,698 plus another million for his share of the home she shared with the actor. The residence of the couple, however, remains the property of Sheen.
Charlie Sheen is still in rehab after being hospitalized for a hernia after wild partying that lasted three days. The filming of the series Two and a Half Men is currently on hiatus, but the actor reportedly proposed to pay a portion of the salaries to the technical team.
