Charlie Sheen has lost custody of his children

Charlie Sheen lost the court battle for the custody of his twins against his ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

A judge in Los Angeles granted legal and physical custody to the mother of twins Max and Bob, 2, despite her recurrent drug addiction last week.

A source told Radar Online that while Brooke is undergoing treatment for her addiction in rehab, her mother Moira Fiore will take care of the two little boys.

Charlie and Brooke are now divorcing. Their relationship is difficult because both parties say that the other parent is incompetent.

Mueller was awarded primary physical custody of the twins in the divorce settlement. Last month, she won a temporary restraining order against Sheen, and the two children were removed by police from the actor’s home.

Charlie, who is currently on a U.S. tour for his one-man show, entered rehab in early 2011 and is subject to regular testing to prove that he doesn’t do drugs anymore.
