Charlie Sheen is kept away from his twins by court order

Under court order, police took Charlie Sheen’s twins from his home in Hollywood to bring them to Brooke Mueller on Tuesday night.

The order also states that the actor is prohibited from approaching within 100 yards of Brooke Mueller and the twins.

This was decided by the Superior Court of Los Angeles. Brook Mueller, his ex-wife, felt that their children were not safe with him.

The actor allegedly tried to get his twin back, without authorization, on February 26.

Given Brook’s refusal, she claims Charlie told her during a phone call: “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom,” adding, “If you are having this conversation taped, then consider it done.”

She also claims that during a recent trip to the Bahamas the actor threatened to attack her with a knife and threatened to stab her eye with a pen knife. In addition, she says Charlie randomly told people on the plane “that he hated his ex-wife, Denise Richards, violently and he was going to have her hair shaved off.”

The court papers also detail Mueller’s claims that Sheen attacked her during an incident in Aspen that resulted in Sheen’s arrest: “In October 2009, [Sheen] knocked me to the floor causing me to hit my head on the corner of a couch,” Mueller says in her statement. “I was knocked unconscious and required medical attention, including a CAT scan.”

Another shocking revelation in the docs is that Charlie allegedly told Brooke he wanted her to give him back $20,000 a month in child support payments, “untraceable cash to knock off a few people because the people I hate violently are going to get severely punished.”

Regarding Sheen’s interview with TMZ, Brooke sys he made “bizarre, disturbing and violent statements to the media” and “I believe his rage is the result of an intense mental issue.”

The former couple will appear in court next March 22 to see whether the order should be extended.
