Charlie Sheen says he’s reached a deal with Brooke Mueller

The actor and ex wife Brooke Mueller have reached a custody agreement and court will not be necessary.

“not sure what all the legal noise is about … just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay,” Sheen wrote on his new Twitter page.

He also added, “..yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish…. odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha’ ”

In addition, a source told People that the two have indeed been in talks: “Brooke is thinking over Charlie’s offer and has not decided if she will take it. Brooke is very fragile right now.”

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are currently in a legal battle over the custody of their 23-month-old boys, Bob and Max. The kids are now in their mother’s care after they were taken away from Charlie’s home and taken to Brooke on Tuesday night. Mueller has also obtained a restraining order against her ex-husband, claiming he was physically and verbally violent towards her.
