Charlize Theron and Orlando Bloom were designated ambassadors by Japanese brand Uniqlo

Actors Charlize Theron and Orlando Bloom were designated ‘ambassadors’ internationally for the clothing collection called “Made For All”, created and marketed by Japanese brand Uniqlo.

Thanks to a contract signed for a year, Charlize Theron and Orlando Bloom will appear in advertising campaigns of Uniqlo which will be broadcast worldwide.

The two actors will promote the new clothing lines of the Japanese manufacturer whose stated goal is to produce clothes for everyone, regardless of nationality, age, occupation or sexual orientation.

The first spot of the campaign will run for the first time this autumn. Japanese brand Uniqlo entered the U.S. market with a store opening in 2006, in the Soho district of New York.

The Japanese manufacturer’s first advertising campaign on American soil was promoted by actress Chloe Sevigny and Kim Gordon, singer of alternative rock band Sonic Youth.
