David Arquette refuses pain medicine after car accident

It’s been a hard time for actor David Arquette since his split from Courtney Cox. Depression, alcohol, short-lived love affairs and even rehab. His heart must be broken.

As if that was not enough, he was subjected to an additional test yesterday afternoon. As he was driving his silver Cadillac, he couldn’t avoid a car that appeared in front of him all of a sudden.

The shock was violent, his Cadillac devastated but luckily, David Arquette got away with few injuries.

Both victims were taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center and underwent tests. Fortunately their injuries were superficial.

The actor reassured his fans on Twitter that he was all right, adding: “It was a miracle the woman I hit was uninjured – Thank God.”

Later he tweeted: “Refused all pain medication – may the record state – still sober!”

Just before the accident, David Arquette was going to the airport in Burbank to catch a flight to Las Vegas. He intended to attend a party organized by Kim Kardashian. She had to wait for him a little longer.
