Erin Barry – the woman that caused the fracture in the Longoria-Parker couple

 
Erin Barry was a good friend of the couple Parker-Longoria. The young woman is the wife of a former Spurs teammate for Tony Parker, Brent Barry.

In this photograph that went around the net since the announcement of the divorce of the Hollywood star, Erin appears alongside her lover’s wife. Indeed, when taking this shot, Tony and Erin already had begun a relationship, according to rumors.

Erin Barry and Tony Parker exchanged hundreds of text messages when they didn’t see each other. It fell on one of them that Eva Longoria has realized that her husband was unfaithful. The heroine of Desperate Housewives has since filed for divorce. Barry and Erin were already facing divorce proceedings since October.

Back in 2006, Erin described her fairy-tale marriage: “We’ve been so blessed to have such good lives,” Erin said in an interview with San Antonio Woman magazine.

“To sit in your nice home and have your nice job and ignore the suffering that’s going on around you . . . you can’t enjoy the things you have if you don’t help those that are less fortunate . . . For me to be able to use the blessings that I have . . . it really feels good.”

Erin and Brent fell in love when they were in high-school. She was attending an all-girls Catholic school in San Francisco and he went to the all-boys school across the street.

The couple, which has two boys, ages 4 and 9, filed for divorce Oct. 29 in San Antonio, citing irreconcilable differences after 12 years of marriage.

As a child, Erin was adopted by a couple after being born to a single teenage mother. “It was kind of obvious,” she said. “Here I was with my dark hair and olive complexion in this Irish-Polish family.”

Erin Barry is an activist for the community of San Antonio as an advocate for abused children.
