The actor’s wife has just given birth to a baby girl.

Ethan Hawke is now a father for the fourth time. He and his wife, Ryan Hawke, welcomed their second daughter, Indiana.

Ryan Hawke’s pregnancy was announced in April. Ethan and Ryan were seen in New York on Friday and proudly displayed their baby at La Bottega in the Maritime Hotel.

“He was very happy. Seemed like a proud daddy,” a witness tells People.

Ethan and Ryan married in June 2008 and are already parents of Clementine, who is now 3.

The actor is already dad to Maya Ray, 13, and Levon Roan, 9, born of his previous marriage to actress Uma Thurman whom he divorced in 2004.

In the past, Ethan Hawke has said that he considers fatherhood “the only role that, if I fail, I will consider my life a failure.”
