Eva Longoria divorces Tony Parker

Despite the rumor being denied yesterday by her rep, the Desperate Housewife filled the documents in Los Angeles Superior Court.

According to Us Weekly, 35-year-old actress recently discovered that her husband has been exchanging texts with a mutual female friend for nearly a year.

“Eva is heartbroken by the betrayal,” an insider tell Us, noting that Tony admitted his year-long infidelity when she confronted him.

“Once the trust was lost, the marriage was over. Eva truly thought she was going to grow old with Tony and have children with him. She’s inconsolable,” another friend adds.

Eva and Tony wed on July 7, 2007, at Chateau of Vaux le Vicomte in France.

In 2008, pregnancy rumors appeared in the press despite the couple constantly denying them.

However, at the time, the actress said she was looking forward to starting a family. “I can’t wait,” she told a reporter in July 2008.

Last year, the couple was facing rumors about Tony’s infidelity even though Longoria was seen cheering him on at games and sharing public dinners.

This year in May the two celebrated their third anniversary in an extravagant Adriatic cruise and vacation with friends.
