Rumors appeared online recently showing George Clooney’s beautiful wife with a round tummy.

During the weekend, the 53-year-old actor and his new wife were photographed in Los Angeles and the photos show Amal apparently holding her coat as if trying to hide her belly.

In addition, Amal, 36, had her hands precisely placed over her belly, as pregnant women do.

After several days of speculation, the couple finally broke their silence.

Clooney’s spokesman responded on Monday afternoon to the speculation and denied the pregnancy.

“Amal Clooney is not pregnant,” a rep for the couple told Us Weekly.

The Hollywood star and the human rights lawyer were married in September in Venice.
