We knew she is set to appear in season two of the show for two episodes. But now we found out she’ll be playing the role of a teacher.

Ryan Murphy, the creator of Glee, who is also a close friend with the actress said “Yes, it’s true, she is a fan of the show.”

Gwyneth Paltrow will “be playing a substitute teacher who Matt Morrison’s character (Will) falls for,” said Murphy. He added: “She will be doing three or four solos.”

Paltrow’s husband may also be getting some “Glee” glory. Chris Martin’s band Coldplay initially turned down “Glee,” then changed its mind, apologized and gave the Fox show access to the band’s entire catalog.
