Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry met in court today to continue their fight for custody rights of daughter Nahla.
According to TMZ, Berry and Aubry met in front of Judge Mark Juhas at the L.A. County Courthouse Tuesday, trying to finalize an agreement on the custody of 3-year-old Nahla.
“We’re making huge progress,” the judge told Aubry and his lawyers. “We need to stick with it.”
Aubrey and Berry each went into chambers separately to speak with the judge alongside their lawyers.
Part of the problem seems to be Berry’s acting schedule, as she is often gone for months at a time.
Berry has already filmed two movies this year and is attached to three more.
Berry and Aubry have renewed several short-term custody arrangements since their separation.
