Halle Berry scores in custody battle with Gabriel Aubry
The actress won a small victory in the legal battle against her ex, Gabriel Aubry, for the custody of their daughter.
On Friday, Halle and Gabriel on Friday, ended up in court in Los Angeles to a dispute the interpretation of a clause in the custody agreement that they signed some time ago.
The dispute had to do with the time each of them spends with Nahla while the actress is filming.
According to TMZ, Halle and Gabriel’s lawyers argued before the family law judge over the “movie clause.”
The site also reports that Halle obtained the judge’s agreement to take her daughter to Europe where she will be shooting his next film.
Berry , who recently turned 45, will hence get to spend more time with her 3-year-old daughter.
