Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry investigated for child endangerment
Gabriel Aubry is being investigated by the Los Angeles police for criminal battery and child endangerment, after he pushed the nanny who was holding his and Halle’s daughter Nahla in her arms.
The actress plans to obtain a restraining against Aubry in order to restrict him from getting near his daughter until the investigation is complete, reports TMZ.
Nanny Alliance Kamdem claims that Gabriel often yelled and cursed while in Nahla’s presence.
Aubry’s rep told TMZ: “Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate.”
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry separated in April 2010.
Lately it has been rumored that Halle got engaged to her French boyfriend, Olivier Martinez.
