Howard K. Stern convicted in Anna Nicole Smith’s case

It seems that a Los Angeles Superior Court jury declared Stern guilty for fueling the starlet prescription drug that ultimately killed her.

Moreover, Khristine Eroshevich, doctor, was convicted of four charges while another doctor, Sandeep Kapoor, was cleared of all counts.

They were heard for two months by a 12 person-jury that charged them with felonies for giving drugs to an addict.

According to the defense attorneys, the defendants “knew what they were doing was wrong” and that “their conduct was unlawful.”

Therefore, each of them will receive time jail between three or more years.
