As we have previously reported, the judge in the Mel Gibson/Oksana Grigorieva custody war has made an important decision.

Judge Scott Gordon operated some changes in the custody agreement that Mel and Oksana signed in May. The document said that she had custody of Lucia and Mel had visitation and overnight visits, which would turn into 50-50 custody when Lucia turns 3.

Now TMZ reports that Mel receives more face time with Lucia, but it’s a matter of hours, not days. According to sources, this amounts to a little more than one day a week.

Judge Gordon told the two parents there were no winners or losers, but that the changes were made in the best interest of Lucia.
