Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has received a strong warning from Judge Keith L. Schwartz: “You’re no different than anyone else … please don’t push your luck.”
After Lindsay entered a not guilty plea in her felony theft case, the judge told her “things will be different” this time since she’s charged with a felony.
TMZ reports that Judge Schwartz said Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and prosecutor Danette Meyers, were set to try to reach a plea bargain.
After being remanded into custody, Lindsay has posted a $20,000 bail.
However, the judge didn’t go easy on her regarding this one either: “If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be NO BAIL.”
In addition, the judge revoked Lindsay’s DUI probation and set the bail at $20,000, making a total of $40,000.
Lohan was forbidden to contact the jewelry store during the case, after Meyers said the store owners flowers had received flowers from an unknown person.
And as if all this wasn’t enough, The star has also been sued by a tanning company for over 41,000 dollars in allegedly unpaid bills from 2007 to 2009.
