Kate Winslet is moving back with ex-husband Sam Mendes

Kate Winslet took the decision to be with him and their children during the filming of James Bond that he should start at the end of 2010.

Considering that the blockbuster is a large project not easy to manage, the actress decided to settle in the British capital during the filming, which will take place in Pinewood Studios in England, according to the Daily Mail. She is taking Mia, 10, her daughter with Jim Threapleton, and Joe, 6, whose father is Sam Mendes, with her.

Kate Winslet has even confessed to the Daily Mail that a new collaboration with Mendes (who was her director in ”Revolutionary Road”) was not impossible, but “not in James Bond,” she added, laughing.

The heroine of The Reader is on good terms with Sam Mendes for the sake of their children. The decision comes as she has just separated from Louis Dowler, with whom she had a nice romance that ultimately didn’t last. Single or not, Kate Winslet still focuses on what matters most: his family.

Kate Winslet is currently working on Steven Soderbergh’s “Contagion” in Chicago. In the film, she stars alongside Marion Cotillard, Matt Damon and Jude Law.
