A woman who attacked actor Leonardo DiCaprio with a glass of wine has pleaded guilty and is expected to scoop two years in prison.

The trial for this woman, Aretha Wilson, 40, was scheduled to begin Friday but she preferred to settle with the prosecutor.

On June 17, 2005, Leonardo DiCaprio was leaving a party on the heights of Hollywood Hills. Suddenly a woman burst in and began insulting him and his friends, before physically attacking the actor.

DiCaprio had to be taken to the hospital with injuries and deep cuts that required several stitches. Aretha Wilson had then fled to Canada before being extradited to US to be tried. She has already spent 11 months in prison.
