The starlet arrived late on Thursday morning at the Los Angeles morgue and left shortly after.
“Lindsay arrived at the morgue approximately 20 minutes late and will be returning for orientation tomorrow,” her rep Steve Honig said, according to People.
“Her lateness was due to a combination of not knowing what entrance to go through and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival. Lindsay spoke with the supervisors at the morgue, they showed her how to get in and everything is all cleared up.”
However, according to Los Angeles County Coroner Assistant Chief Ed Winter, Lohan was expected to show up at 8 a.m. at the morgue on Thursday, but she arrived more than 40 minutes late and was refused entry.
Lindsay Tweeted an apology to the coroner’s office on Thursday morning, writing, “Won’t happen again, now I know where to go!”
On Wednesday, a judge revoked her probation for missing too many community service appointments.
Lohan was handcuffed in a Los Angeles court and released at 12:17 p.m. after posting $100,000 bail.
The actress, 25, must complete at least 16 hours of community service at the Los Angeles morgue before her next appearance in court on November 2.
