Lindsay Lohan fails drug test and faces more jail
Lindsay Lohan has failed a court-mandated drug test occurred last week and now, according to the terms of Lohan’s probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test.
On August 25, judge Elden Fox imposed the following ground rules for Lindsay’s probation: reside at home until Nov. 1, random drug and alcohol testing twice a week, participate in psychotherapy a minimum of 4 days a week, attend behavior therapy sessions 2 times a week, attend a 12-step program.
Although Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said on the same day that Lindsay is “looking forward to beginning anew, and having a productive life and schedule,” it seems she wasn’t looking enough.
L.A. District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison had no comment about the failed test. Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley wasn’t immediately available for comment.
One source connected with Lindsay told TMZ that “People with addiction problems don’t get better magically, and she’s really been making an effort to make herself better.”
Recently, sources close to Lindsay told TMZ she is saying it’s not true, insisting she has not failed, but TMZ have confirmed it is indeed true.

The only question at this point is will authorities issue her an orange jump suit for her return visit to jail or a custom made rope to hang herself in?
Either way the public has long stopped caring about this mutilated soul, and apart from being bait meat for the likes of TMZ the real question remains why did Lilo give up on Lilo?
