Lindsay Lohan is worried, but ready to fight charges

Lindsay s currently under investigation for allegedly stealing a 2,500 necklace from a jewelry store.

The star’s father, Michael Lohan, insists his daughter is innocent but that she’s still “worried” about the accusations.

“Lindsay is worried about what’s going to happen because when you’re on probation all it takes is one false accusation and you can be in big trouble,” Michael told Radar Online.

“Leave the kid alone,” he said. “Lindsay borrowed the necklace and she returned it. That’s it.”
