Lindsay Lohan sentenced to 30 days behind bars for violating probation

For the seventh time this year, the actress was summoned to the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Lindsay Lohan isn’t done with her antics. She has just been sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation.

Lindsay admitted she violated her probation by not attending therapy sessions as required by the court and by getting kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center.

The magistrate also ordered Lohan to continue therapy sessions and appear in court in December, January, February and March so that her progress will be reviewed.

After her release, Lindsay is expected to work an additional 53 days of community service at the morgue and attend 18 more psychotherapy sessions.

Unless she completes all her requirements, she risks spending 270 days in jail.

Before leaving the hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner said she was “putting the keys to the jail in [Lindsay's] hands.”

The judge also suggested Lohan stopped tweeting about her experiences at the morgue.

But the 25-year-old will only serve a part of her sentence due to overcrowding in California jails, TMZ reports.

The site writes that two Sheriff’s Dept. officials claim that it’s highly probable Lohan will get out of jail as soon as she gets in.

According to the sources, when someone receives a misdemeanor sentence of 90 days or less, they are routinely processed in and then released.

“She’ll be out without even having to change her clothes,” one of the insiders said.
